Box and it’s colorful CEO

We love showmen and showmanship is a trait in all successful business leaders. Be it Richard Branson, Steve Jobs, or the new kid on the blog, BOX CEO, Aaron Levie. Aaron doesn’t  hold back in dishing out barbs at the competition and its fun to watch him have a got at perceived deficiencies of his competitors.

According to readwrite.com, Box has raised $285 million in venture funding, including a huge $125 million round in July that valued the company at $1.2 billion. Levie won’t disclose revenue figures, but allows that Box has 650 employees, roughly double the level from a year ago.

Last year, Forbes published an article on BOX and if you would like to see Aaron in action, here is the video of his keynote speech at Boxworks 2012.
