While training departments everywhere are grappling with LMS, elearning, presentations, workshops to deliver training, MGM Resorts decided to a try a different approach. They staged an elaborate musical called “Inspiring Our World” that was put together by a group of 70 MGM employees to emphasize diversity and corporate social responsibility. According to Businessweek, this novel and over the top approach to getting the message across was a big success. Now that’s what I call a Las Vegas show without the guilt (as long as you don’t ask how much they spent on the show)!
